Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement item. It is illegal for us to accept returns on cannabis items, however we may offer a replacement of the same SKU in the event that you purchased an item that happens to be defective. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be defective. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and please do not attempt to mail it. Mailing THC containing cannabis products is illegal.

Refunds (if applicable)

The State of Colorado prohibits the return of any cannabis product to a cannabis retailer once it has been purchased. This means we can not issue a refund for cannabis products. We will however honor our products and replace defective items when applicable. See “Replacements” for more details.

Replacements (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please return to the store you purchased your item from. Simply Pure Denver is located at 2000 W 32nd Avenue, Denver, CO, 80211 in the heart of The Highlands neighborhood.

Gifts

If you did not purchase the item for yourself, we cannot process a replacement transaction to replace the item unless the original purchaser is present.

Shipping

It is illegal to ship THC containing cannabis products. If you have an issue with an item you ordered via delivery, please return to the store of origin at 2000 W 32nd Avenue, Denver, CO, 80211.
