1How long until I get my package?
We can’t wait until you receive your package from Simply Pure and take the speed of delivery very seriously. You will normally receive your Simply Pure product within 3 to 5 business days unless you choose expedited shipping at checkout.
2Will I get high from your CBD products?
CBD is non-psychoactive and all our products contain zero THC, guaranteed. You will not get high from our CBD products. You can see our third-party lab results on our website.
3How do I pay?
Simply Pure makes paying easy by accepting payment with MasterCard, Visa and other major credit cards. All payments take place in a secure environment with our payment service provider. This is how you pay online: simply enter your credit card number, its expiration date and the 3-digit security code (CVC code) on the back of the card on our provider’s payment page. Once we receive your payment, we can start preparing your order.
4Will I fail a drug test if I use your CBD products?
It depends on the testing standards of the lab administering your drug test. Many companies only search for the cannabinoid THC, which is the main psychoactive component of the marijuana plant. Although our products are THC free, there are some testing facilities that check for a spectrum of cannabinoids and could trigger a positive drug test. By law, you are allowed to ask the facility what cannabinoids they test for. If you are uncomfortable with that, you can call and ask anonymously. We suggest contacting the testing facility if you have any concerns.
5What is CBD?
CBD (or cannabidiol) is one of over 100 cannabinoids found in cannabis, and is found in more significant quantities in hemp than it is in marijuana. Based on the fact it is non-psychoactive, CBD is widely regarded by experts and consumers for its incredible health potential.
